Robert Brent Jones
Owner/Broker
Brent is the owner and founder of RBJ Realty. He relocated to San Diego in 1991 from his hometown of Macon, Missouri. He is a diehard baseball fan with two teams fighting for heart, the St. Louis Cardinals and the San Diego Padres.
His passion outside of real estate and baseball is traveling the world with his wife. He has been a Realtor in San Diego for 20 years along with owning and operating his own property management company for more than 18 years. His sales expertise is in areas in which he has lived including Eastlake in Chula Vista as well as downtown San Diego.

Diana Gailband
Realtor
Diana joined the RBJ Realty office in January of 2021. She comes to us from SeaWorld with over 20 years of experience in office management, marine education, aviculture and wildlife rehabilitation. She is very passionate about wildlife and conservation. She has worked with penguins and many other species of birds. She continues to care for rescued animals, and this year also started raising chickens at home. She brings that same enthusiasm and customer service experience to assisting property owners and tenants alike at RBJ Realty.
Diana has lived in beautiful Bonita with her husband and young adult sons since 2000.
In her spare time, she enjoys walking, bird-watching and doing coastal clean-ups with like-minded friends.
Diana has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from SDSU. In 2020, she completed coursework in real estate and has received her real estate license.
Brandon Frohnhoefer
Service Specialist
Brandon comes to RBJ Realty with more than nine years in the new housing construction industry in construction management. He has two years of experience in new housing construction plumbing.
Brandon has a strong foundation and knowledge in the property management industry. He has five years experience as a property manager on an affordable housing tax credit property as well as five years in the apartment maintenance industry.
Danielle Magee
Photographer/Website Administrator
Danielle is a freelance photographer who is always happy to work with Brent and RBJ Realty. In fact, Brent helped Danielle and her husband purchase their first home in San Diego nearly 20 years ago. When Danielle is not taking photos for the office, she is messing about with the website, always looking for a way to improve the user experience.
Danielle comes to RBJ Realty after working more than 30 years at SeaWorld San Diego in Education, Communications, Marketing and Community Relations. She is lucky to be semi-retired which gives her time to pursue her passions of landscape photography and ballroom dancing.
Danielle has a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from SDSU as well as professional certificates in Photography and Adobe Lightroom from Shaw Academy.
