Brent is one in a million
Last year was a tough year. My mother passed away in early 2020 and my dad passed at the end of the year. My wife and I made the difficult decision to sell their house rather than live in it. We contacted Brent Jones as he did an amazing job helping us find and purchase our current home. Brent was supportive from the very beginning, especially when we kept going back and forth between selling it and living in it. Once we made the final decision to put the house on the market, Brent’s expertise in property management was instrumental in getting the house ready to sell. There were minor fixes to be made and Brent’s team did a stellar job. Brent’s team only had to conduct one open house and there were multiple offers within three days. Brent was communicative throughout the process and kept us updated on what was happening and what to expect. He counseled us on different options along the way, but always allowed us to make the final decision.
Because he knew that this was a difficult decision for us, he suggested planting a tree in the backyard to honor my parents in this house that I grew up in. We were touched by his thoughtfulness, and on the day the house closed, we met him to plant the tree, he even brought the tree and the tools and dug the hole!
Brent made a difficult set of circumstances manageable. Every step of the way he asked how we were doing with the decision and really listened to us. A lovely young family is moving into the house, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome for all.
